By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. By placing an order at HIDDEN CULT you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have your parent or guardians permission to order at HIDDEN CULT. All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by HIDDEN CULT as responsible for the personal information. Events outside HIDDEN CULT's control shall be considered force majeure. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping cost and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from HIDDEN CULT. You should understand that by browsing hiddencult.com and order HIDDEN CULT product(s), you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By placing an order at HIDDEN CULT, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Hidden cult for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by HIDDEN CULT.

HIDDEN CULT do not take any responsibilities if accidents occur involving HIDDEN CULT products and packaging. Customer are responsible for the products and packaging after the products and packaging leave HIDDEN CULT facilities.
 

PERSONAL INFORMATION / PRIVACY POLICY
Regarding the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements. All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by HIDDEN CULT as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. You give us permission by signing up to our website or placing an order to receive our emails and promotional offers. The information you provide is only available to HIDDEN CULT and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request HIDDEN CULT to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting HIDDEN CULT conditions, you agree to the above.
 

FORCE OF MAJEURE
Events outside HIDDEN CULT's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that HIDDEN CULT is released from HIDDEN CULT's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.


PAYMENT
HIDDEN CULT retains ownership of all products until full payment has been received. The price of the product is determined at the time of purchase, and shipping and payment fees are disclosed prior to confirmation of the purchase. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain your parents permission before making a purchase from HIDDEN CULT.

All transactions on HIDDEN CULT's platform are processed through third-party gateways to ensure the protection of your information. Your card information is securely encrypted using SSL, and is not stored by HIDDEN CULT. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the selected payment gateway for details on their handling of transactions.

To avoid cancellation and ensure a refund, the billing and shipping addresses must match the card holder's information.

Orders placed within Europe include a 25% European Union value added tax (EU VAT) on goods and services.
Orders that are not eligible for PayPal seller protection will be refunded and cancelled.
All Black Friday orders are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.


COOKIES
HIDDEN CULT uses cookies according to the new Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on 25 July 2003. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information that helps the website to identify and track the visitor. Cookies do no harm to your computer, consist only of text, can not contain viruses and occupies virtually no space on your hard drive. There are two types of cookies: "Session Cookies" and cookies that are saved permanently on your computer.

The first type of cookie commonly used is "Session Cookies". During the time you visit the website, our web server assigns your browser a unique identifier string so as not to confuse you with other visitors. A "Session Cookie" is never stored permanently on your computer and disappears when you close your browser. To use HIDDEN CULT without troubles you need to have cookies enabled.

The second type of cookie saves a file permanently on your computer. This type of cookie is used to track how visitors move around on the website. This is only used to offer visitors better services and support. The text files can be deleted. On HIDDEN CULT we use this type of cookie to keep track of your shopping cart and to keep statistics of our visitors. The information stored on your computer is only a unique number, without any connection to personal information.

SHIPPING
HIDDEN CULT is not responsible for any charges and undelivered parcels due to incorrect addresses, insufficient address, no mailbox, moving address, receiver or address not being accessible or unattended. HIDDEN CULT is not responsible for any theft of goods or damage due to an incorrect shipping address or unattended address. HIDDEN CULT will not offer replacement or refund any stolen or damaged goods during delivery. HIDDEN CULT will not offer replacement or refund of undelivered and returned parcels.

It’s up to the customer to contact HIDDEN CULT if the customer have received a faulty item, the customer must contact HIDDEN CULT before the item has been worn or washed. HIDDEN CULT will not refund or replace faulty items that have been worn or washed.

Please make sure your name & shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels due to incorrect names/address. Do not use any instagram/artist/other names. The receivers name needs to match their ID/legal name and the name on the address. Some parcels will be hand delivered with signature and ID, the shipping address name needs to match the ID or the parcel will be sent back on your own cost. Some parcels will be delivered to your address mailbox or a pick up point. So please make sure your address have a mailbox as you will receive you parcel here or be notified where to pick up your parcel.

Orders shipped right before, after and under the holidays can be delayed due to the non-working days at the postal office and high volume of packages at the postal terminals and customs control.

Delay of parcels may occur, we are not responsible for delayed deliveries. We will not refund or cancel delayed orders which have been shipped.

Please be aware that if you choose to waive the signature requirement and authorize release of shipment when you are not present, HIDDEN CULT® is no longer responsible for any stolen or lost packages in accordance with our terms and conditions.

We don't accept customers to choose their own clearance broker for shipments. The option through Fedex "Broker Selection Option" is not allowed to be selected by the recipient/customer.

Some countries may be missing tracking information for customers, don't worry your parcel is on its way and this is not affecting the delivery. If you are not able to track your parcel we can track shipments in our shipping system if needed further tracking details. Just email us at kim@hiddencult.com and we will update you about the tracking if needed.

If you have ordered pre-order items your whole order will be shipped as soon as the pre-order items are in stock. Please allow a few days for packing before the item/items are shipped.

We ship international orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that delays at FedEx and DHL facilities that are out of our control may occur. We apologize if your order is affected by this and appreciate your patience while our courier work as fast as possible to get your orders delivered. Fedex will deliver to your address or to your nearest Fedex pick up point (if available at your location), where the parcel will be available for you to pick up with your ID and tracking number for up to 5 days!


RETURN POLICY
Due to high demand and custom dyeing process Cult and Distressed products are Final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Products on sale, Terry, Cult, Distressed, Bubble vest and leg warmers are not eligible for return/exchange. All sales final.


Orders placed to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan are not eligible for return/exchange. All sales final!

Discounted items or orders placed with a discount code are not eligible for a refund, return or exchange.

As a small business, we have implemented a policy of not accepting returns or exchanges for hygiene and import restriction reasons. Our aim is to maintain the pristine, unworn condition of our products for our customers. In addition, due to new EU laws regarding the environmental impact of textiles, we are unable to dispose of returns. We kindly advise our customers to carefully review our size guide or reach out to us for assistance to ensure a satisfactory purchase experience.

Products that are eligible for a return must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery of the order.

Regarding products that are eligible for a return, the customer must be wearing undergarments when trying on garments due to hygiene reasons.

The item(s) must be unused and in its original condition (unworn, unwashed and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains etc). The item(s) must be sent back packed neatly in its fully intact original packaging with all original tags & security tags attached and unaltered. All Wynn garment must be sent back completely laced up in their original state. We reserve the right to reject any returns that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Please note that HIDDEN CULT can only accept a return of a maximum total of 3 pieces per order. 



If you return broken/missing protection bags or the logo bag or hanger is not sent back, HIDDEN CULT reserve the right to deduct a fee of 5$ for each piece broken or missing item from your total refund, as protection bags/items are custom made to each individual item. Returned items that show signs of wear or damaged and/or missing or intact safety tags will not be refunded.

Discounted items or orders placed with a discount code are not eligible for a refund, return or exchange.

Due to hygiene and packaging reasons HIDDEN CULT can not accept returns of products that includes underwear, swimwear, accessories, headwear and undergarments of any kind.

HIDDEN CULT do not accept any returns of items that are discounted due to defect/fault.

It’s up to the customer to contact HIDDEN CULT if the customer have received a faulty item, the customer must contact HIDDEN CULT within the same day of delivery and before the item has been worn or washed. HIDDEN CULT will not refund or replace faulty items that have been worn or washed. Please note that products are quality checked under surveillance before shipped.

The customer will be refunded the amount of the item(s) in the order that the customer has returned, the customer will not be refunded the shipping fee in the order. As soon as HIDDEN CULT has received the returned item(s) and they are in their original condition the customer will receive a refund confirmation email.

HOW TO RETURN
The customer must contact HIDDEN CULT within 7 days after receiving the order before sending back any items. The customer can contact HIDDEN CULT through the contact form at our website or email kim@hiddencult.com and we will get back to you with information on how to return. If you are eligible for a return the instructions must be followed when returning. 

HIDDEN CULT are unable to offer a free returns service so please note that returns will be made at the customers own expense. Be aware to send the package so it’s guaranteed it will arrive to HIDDEN CULT. Tracked package is ideally, if possible. HIDDEN CULT are not responsible for lost returns.

Please leave a note in the package with your name or order number so we know the return is from you.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hidden Cult reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out or faulty Hidden cult has the right to cancel the order and refund the product/products amount or the whole order if none of the items are available.

Any fraudulent orders will be promptly cancelled, refunded, and reported to the authorities for criminal investigation.

Any fraudulent chargebacks will be reported and addressed through legal means, and the individual responsible for initiating the chargeback will be held accountable for all associated costs, including Hidden Cult's legal expenses for handling these cases.

Fraudulent chargebacks includes but are not limited to claims of stolen parcels when a customer choose to waive the signature requirement and authorize release of the parcel, allowing the carrier to leave it at the address without a signature, which is against our policy. The customers are solely responsible for any lost parcels and must compensate Hidden Cult for any income lost due to chargebacks, including Hidden Cult's fee’s to dispute the chargeback and potential legal fee’s.
