There are NO customs duties, VAT, or additional taxes/charges applicable for shipments to the USA and countries within the European tax union. This implies that there are no added fees for countries such as Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, and the USA.
While we make every effort to minimize customs duties for other destinations, it's important to note that any customs charges or fees that arise for these locations are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are beyond the control of HIDDEN CULT and are solely governed by your country's regulations. We recommend reviewing your country's specific import laws and associated fees. Unfortunately, unpaid import taxes or duties, as well as parcels that are rejected, cannot be refunded due to the incurred fees.
Fedex shipment info
Your shipment will be delivered to your door with signed delivery and ID (in some cases).
- If you are not available at the time of delivery you can schedule a new delivery within 5 days by calling Fedex or through Fedex delivery manager. Please make sure to schedule a new delivery otherwise the parcel will be sent back without a refund or compensation.
- In some cases undelivered parcels are redirected to a pick up location, tracking number and a government-issued photo ID is required to be able to pick up the parcel at a Fedex pickup location for 5 days!
- By calling Fedex or manage your delivery through Fedex Delivery Manager you can reschedule a new delivery to your address or to your nearest Fedex pick up point (if available at your location), where the parcel will be available for you to pick up with your ID and tracking number for up to 5 days!

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that if you choose to waive the signature requirement and authorize the release of your shipment in your absence, permitting FedEx to leave the package at your doorstep or an alternative location without your physical acceptance, HIDDEN CULT® cannot be held responsible for any stolen or lost packages in accordance with our terms and conditions.
If you are unable to physically accept the parcel during any of the scheduled delivery times, utilize FedEx Delivery Manager Pick Up Service. Request redirection of your package to one of the numerous retail pickup locations. Once redirected, collect your parcel by presenting proper identification at the designated pickup point.
Customers are fully responsible for their name and shipping address to be correct. We are not responsible for incorrect or insufficient name/shipping address. If the shipping address is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible before the parcel is on its way back to us.
- All products are shipped from our facility in Sweden.
- Please note that local charges (vat, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. For more information regarding import duties/vat please contact your local customs.
- There are no customs duties/VAT for European tax union countries, USA up to $800 per order.
- Should any customs charges or fees occur for other locations, we kindly advise you to recognize that the responsibility for payment rests with the customer. These charges are entirely governed by the regulations of your country and are not within the jurisdiction of HIDDEN CULT at all. Please check with your country's specific import laws and associated fees. Unpaid import taxes or duties and rejected parcels will not be refunded.
- Orders that has been placed cannot be changed.
- We can't accept orders of value of 45 EUR and less.
- Please note a valid phone number for the country of the recipient is required to be able to ship the order.
- We're unable to ship to P.O boxes, APO addresses, warehouses and logistic centers (which forwards parcels).
- During busy periods, please allow a few days for packing. Please note that dispatch times may be affected during busy periods such as high demand drops, restocks or promotions.

- We are not responsible for delayed deliveries. UK ORDERS MAY OCCASIONALLY FACE ADDITIONAL DELAY IN UK CUSTOMS AS A RESULT OF BREXIT. We will not refund or cancel delayed orders which have been shipped. Orders shipped right before, and efter or under the holidays can be delayed due to non-working days ar the postal facilities and high volume of parcels at postal facilities, terminals or customs control. We do apologize if your order is affected and appreciate your patience.
- Authorizing release of parcel is made at the customers own risk and expense.
- We are not responsible for any charges and undelivered parcels due to incorrect address, insufficient address, no mailbox, moving address, receiver or address not being accessible or unattended. We are not responsible for any theft of goods or damage due to an incorrect shipping address, release of parcel or unattended address. We will not offer replacement or refund any stolen or damaged goods which has been delivered. We will not offer replacement or refund of undelivered, unclaimed and returned parcels.
