BLACK FRIDAY SALE FAQ & INFO
The Black Friday/Cyber Monday discount will be applied to your order automatically at checkout.
Minimum order value: 45€
Due to high discount we have a minimum order value of 45€. Please note that if your order is less than the minimum order value, you won't be able to place an order or select shipping address.
If you get in touch about changing anything to your order, we will cancel and refund the order without notice to avoid any issues as we are unable to make any changes to confirmed orders.
Upon placing your order please make sure that:
- Your zip & billing information is correct & matches.
- You've provided us with your working phone number as this is required to be able to deliver your order (i.e. if you are ordering to US, you must include a US phone number).
- You've picked the correct item(s) & size(s), as Black Friday orders are final sale.
Can I exchange or return?
No, please note that orders placed during Black Friday are FINAL SALE. Due to the high discount, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Kindly read product description & check size guides carefully before placing your order.
Can I make changes to my order?
No, once your order is placed we can unfortunately no longer make changes or cancellations to your order. Make sure you’ve picked the right item(s) & size(s) before checking out, and that you’ve entered the correct delivery & contact information. Should we notice any incorrect or insufficient information, your order may be cancelled & refunded without notice.
When are Black Friday orders delivered?
All items are in stock and will be shipped ASAP. While we will do our absolute best to get your orders out & delivered as quick as possible, no specific dispatch or delivery times can be guaranteed or determined. Delays from our regular dispatch & delivery times will most likely occur. There may be additional delays that are out of our control by our shipping partner FedEx due to the worldwide high logistic pressure on Black Friday.
Open Monday through Friday via email & website contact form. We are expecting a high email volume that will cause delays to response times during Black Friday. We aim to reply your email as soon as possible. In case of urgent matters please mark email ”URGENT”.
Are items true to size?
Unless stated otherwise. All of our garments fit true to our size guide. Before placing your order, we always recommend checking out our helpful size guides. As all our items are designed, cut & sewn by us, we have individual measurements for each design stated in the size guide. Should any item run small or made to fit naturally oversized, we will state this clearly in description.
My order was canceled, why is this?
Matching zip & billing information is required for your order to be accepted. Our payment gateway uses zip code verification through your bank to protect customers from credit card fraud. During checkout if the zip check has failed it can be due to your bank is telling our payment gateway that the zip code does not match the one it has on file.
Upon cancellation we've sent you an email explaining the reason for including all information you need to know. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Customer privacy and security is a top priority for us.
My order didn't go through but there's an amount on hold in my account?
Please note that as we require a matching zip & billing information for the order to go through. If you haven't provided us with this and reached final step of checkout, an amount may occasionally be held by your bank temporarily as standard procedure on their behalf. This amount will drop back as soon as your bank has cleared the refunded transaction.
Kindly note that we are unable to receive or charge any amount until the order is fully placed & you've received your confirmation email from us.
