Our couriers have stopped delivering shipments to some countries as from today and onwards until the situations of the COVID-19 virus and it’s global consequences settles. Our main priority is for everyone to be safe, and we take great responsibility not to risk anyone's health.
We sincerely apologize for this, unfortunately this is something that’s completely out of our control as restrictions due to the virus happen drastically during this time.
We cannot guarantee any delivery dates at this time with Standard International Shipping as there are global shipping and customs delays due to covid-19 which is out of our control. Your parcel will be delayed in customs as most countries customs are experiencing backlogs and delays. Tracking will stop/be delayed during the time the parcel is in queue to be cleared by customs, this is normal and your parcel is not lost. The tracking will be updated once the parcel has been cleared through customs and handed over to your local courier.
Please don't place an order with us with Standard international shipping if you are not willing to wait as delays will occur.
Fedex orders are not affected by this as they have their own customs and flight operation, you will be able to choose Fedex shipping at checkout if Fedex still deliver to your country. We have temporarily removed the countries Fedex are unable to deliver to.
