Our standard shipping is 100% CARBON NEUTRAL. Returns and exchanges are a big factor in pollution and climate change. At the moment we don’t offer a free return service for many reasons, we would like you to please think before you shop. Be cautious when you shop, look at the measurements online and compare to a similar garment you have at home. Please take care of your garments, double the life of a garment and reduce the climate impact in half. We are always improving and it’s important for us to source sustainable fabrics for a longer life span, but it’s also important for you to do your part and help us take good care of them.

 

RETURN POLICY
  • You can return/exchange any item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be unused and in its original condition when returning/exchanging.
  • If you return your whole order to us you will be refunded the amount of the order minus a handling fee (the shipping fee in your order) of 6 EUR for international orders. Orders shipped with Fedex the Fedex shipping fee will not be refunded. As soon as we have received your returned item(s) you will receive a confirmation email about the refunded amount, or the new tracking number for exchanges.
  • Due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns or exchanges of hats, head/hair accessories of any kind, caps, stockings, pantyhose, socks, piercings(earrings), lashes or underwear.
  • We don't accept any returns or exchanges of bags.
  • If you would like to return any swimwear and the item originally have hygiene wrapping, please do not remove it.
  • We don't accept any returns or exchanges on items that are discounted due to defect/fault.
  • It’s up to the customer to contact HIDDEN CULT if the customer have received a faulty item, the customer must contact HIDDEN CULT before the item has been worn or washed. HIDDEN CULT will not refund or replace faulty items that have been worn or washed.


HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE - EUROPE
  • You must contact us before sending back any items. You can contact us through our contact forum on our website or kim@hiddencult.com
  • Please leave a note in the return package with your name and address, so we know the return is from you.
  • If you would like to exchange any item(s) to another color, size or item(s) we will ship the new item(s) to you free of shipping charge. We will pay for the new item(s) to be shipped to you.
  • After contacting us about your return/change, you can return your items to our address:

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE - OUTSIDE OF EUROPE
  • You must contact us before sending back any items. You can contact us through our contact forum at our website or kim@hiddencult.com and we will get back to you with information on how to return/exchange.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to offer a free returns service so please note that returns will be made at your own cost. Be aware to send the package so it’s guaranteed it will arrive to us. Tracked package is ideally, if possible. We are not responsible for lost returns.
  • If you would like to exchange any item(s) to another color, size or item(s) we will ship the new item(s) to you free of shipping charge. We will pay for the new item(s) to be shipped to you.
  • Please leave a note in the package with your name and address so we know the parcel is from you.
