These charges are beyond the control of HIDDEN CULT and are solely governed by your country's regulations. We recommend reviewing your country's specific import laws and associated fees. Unfortunately, unpaid import taxes or duties, as well as parcels that are rejected, cannot be refunded due to the incurred fees.

FedEx delivery info

Your shipment will be delivered to your door with signed delivery and ID (in some cases). 

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that if you choose to waive the signature requirement and authorize the release of your shipment in your absence, permitting FedEx to leave the package at your doorstep or an alternative location without your physical acceptance, HIDDEN CULT® cannot be held responsible for any stolen or lost packages in accordance with our terms and conditions.

If you are unable to physically accept the parcel during any of the scheduled delivery times, utilize FedEx Delivery Manager Pick Up Service. Request redirection of your package to one of the numerous retail pickup locations. Once redirected, collect your parcel by presenting proper identification at the designated pickup point.

Customers are fully responsible for their name and shipping address to be correct. We are not responsible for incorrect or insufficient name/shipping address. If the delivery address was incorrect or insufficient, please call Fedex to redirect the parcel to a Fedex location for pick up with ID and tracking number/QR code.

DHL delivery info

DHL Express offer several convenient and flexible delivery options for your shipment with DHL On Demand Delivery. During shipping you will receive regular updates of the delivery status by text/email including a link to the DHL On Demand Delivery portal where you simply select your preferred delivery option. You can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when you want the delivery to take place.

DHL On Demand Delivery offers flexible delivery options:

  • Deliver your package on another day.
  • Deliver your package to another address or correct your address.
  • Deliver your package at a safe place (shipment release).
  • Deliver your package to a neighbor (leave with neighbor).
  • Deliver your package at a DHL Service Point - where the parcel will be available for you to pick up with your ID and tracking number for up to 4 days!
  • Store your Package (vacation hold up to 30 days).

Local taxes
  • All products are shipped through our shipping partner in Europe, to avoid custom fee's for EU & UK customers. Please note, there are also no customs fees to Norway or USA.
  • Please note that local charges (vat, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. For more information regarding import duties/vat please contact your local customs.
  • There are no import VAT fees for European tax union countries, UK, Norway, USA up to $800 per order.
  • Should any customs charges or fees occur for other locations, we kindly advise you to recognize that the responsibility for payment rests with the customer.   • Orders that has been placed cannot be changed or edited.
  • Please note a valid phone number for the country of the recipient is required to be able to ship the order.
  • We're unable to ship to P.O boxes, APO addresses, warehouses and logistic centers (which forwards parcels).
  • During busy periods, please allow a few days for packing. Please note that dispatch times may be affected during busy periods such as high demand drops, restocks or promotions.
  • Customers are fully responsible for their shipping address and contact information to be correct. We are not responsible for incorrect or insufficient shipping and contact information.
